Pricelist (bulk prices)

If you do not see Pricelist in the menu, switch it on in System › Store features.

The Pricelist is a tool for bulk price editing across many products at once. Instead of editing products one by one, here you change cost prices, set sale (discounted) prices or wholesale B2B prices for a whole selection of products.

Bulk actions

Tick products in the list. A floating bar with actions appears at the bottom of the screen — its Select all button extends the selection to all products matching the filter (not just the current page). Then choose an action:

Set sale price

Sets or changes the sale (discounted) price for many products at once.

• Only set dates (keep existing sale prices) — when switched on, only the sale dates change and the existing sale prices are kept (you schedule or extend a sale without changing prices). Applies only to products that already have a sale price.
• Type — Percent discount (sale price = regular price reduced by the given %) or Fixed Price (the same sale price for all selected products).
• Value — the discount percentage or the fixed sale price, depending on the type.
• Sale from (optional) — start date and time.
• Sale until (optional) — end date and time.
• Limit to category (optional) — applies the sale only to products in the chosen category.
• Apply to variants too — sets the sale price on variants as well (calculated from each variant's price).

Products with a zero or negative regular price are skipped.

Remove sale / discount

Removes the sale price and the sale dates from the selected products (optionally only in one category and on variants too).

Set cost by % of regular

Sets the cost price as a percentage of the regular price (e.g. 60 % of the selling price). Optionally on variants too.

Set B2B group price

For the selected B2B group sets the wholesale price, sale price, cost price or a percentage discount.

TIP

The Pricelist works with wholesale (B2B) groups and all users — regular customer groups are deliberately not shown here.
