Pricelist (bulk pricing)

The Pricelist is a tool for editing prices in bulk across many products at once. Instead of editing products one by one, here you change cost prices, set sale (discounted) prices, or set wholesale B2B prices for a whole selection of products.

Bulk actions

Select products (or use the "All matching" option to hit the entire filtered list) and choose an action:

Bulk sale price

Sets or edits the sale (discounted) price for many products at once.

• Only set dates — when checked, only the sale dates change and existing sale prices are kept (schedule or extend a sale without changing prices). Applies only to products that already have a sale price.
• Type — Percentage discount (sale price = regular price reduced by the given %) or Fixed price (the same sale price for all selected products).
• Value — the discount percentage or the fixed sale price, depending on the type.
• Sale from (optional) — start date and time.
• Sale until (optional) — end date and time.
• Limit to category (optional) — applies the sale only to products in the chosen category.
• Apply to variants — also sets the sale price on variants (computed from each variant's price).

Products with a zero or negative regular price are skipped.

Bulk remove sale

Removes the sale price and the sale dates from the selected products (optionally from variants too).

Bulk cost price from percentage

Sets the cost price as a percentage of the regular price (e.g. 60% of the selling price). Optionally on variants too.

Bulk B2B price

For a chosen B2B group, sets the wholesale price, sale price, cost price, or percentage discount.

TIP

The Pricelist works with wholesale (B2B) groups and all users — regular customer groups are deliberately not shown here.
